If sufficient tooth structure remains, the fee for the post and core is Disallowed. **A prefabricated post and core for an anterior tooth is Benefited only when there is insufficient tooth structure to support an indirectly fabricated restoration. If sufficient tooth structure remains, the fee for the post and core is Disallowed.
